Questions people ask

Will it actually look like him?

Yes — and you don’t have to take our word for it. Choose a preview and we build the artwork first, email it to you, and print nothing until you say yes. If a name, a date, the layout or the placement is off, reply and we’ll fix it — two rounds, free. If it still isn’t right, we cancel and refund you in full.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where you can see your dog’s face. Phone photos are perfect. If the one you send won’t hold up in print, we email you before we start and ask for another. If you don’t have one, we cancel the order and refund you in full — we won’t make something we wouldn’t be proud to send.

My dog is black. Will it still show up?

Yes. We build the portrait in warm cream and light tones so a dark coat reads clearly against the glow instead of disappearing into it. If you ask for a preview, you’ll see exactly how it looks before anything is printed.

Can I have two dogs on one light?

Yes, same price. Send both photos with your order and we’ll bring them into one piece together. If you ask for a preview you’ll see the composition and can adjust it before we print — worth doing with two dogs, since skip-preview orders don’t include revisions. If you’d rather talk it through first, email hello@everfondly.com before you order.

Can I leave it on all night?

It’s made for that. The brightness is adjustable down to a low glow, it runs on USB rather than batteries, and it doesn’t get hot, so you can leave it on a nightstand overnight.

How long until it arrives?

8–15 business days from your order, if you approve your preview promptly. Your preview comes in 1–2 business days — replying quickly is the fastest way to get your piece. Estimated arrival dates are at the top of this page.

What if I change my mind?

If you asked for a preview, tell us any time before you approve the artwork and we’ll cancel and refund in full. If you skipped the preview, email us as soon as you can — we’ll refund in full if production has not started, but we cannot promise a window. Once production begins, the piece is made for one dog and can’t be resold, so it becomes final sale — but if anything is wrong with the piece itself, we still make it right.

What happens to the photo I send?

We use it only to create, produce and support your order. We never use it in advertising or on social media without asking you first. We keep the working files we hold for up to 90 days after your order is delivered, then remove them. Ask sooner and we’ll do it, unless we still need the file for an open order, refund or dispute.
