Everfondly LLC operates this website and store, including the products, content, features, tools, and services made available through it (the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit our store, place an order, submit personalization content, request a product preview, contact us, or otherwise use the Services.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform used to operate the Services.

Personalization data and customer photographs

When you order a personalized product, you may provide information including:

• photographs;
• pet names or other names;
• dates;
• quotes and messages;
• engraving text;
• personalization selections;
• preview choices;
• revision requests; and
• other instructions relating to your order.

We use this information to prepare your personalized product, create a product preview if you request one, process revisions, produce and fulfill your order, provide customer support, and handle replacements or order issues where necessary.

If you choose to review a preview before production, we use the email address you provide to send the preview and related transactional communications.

An email address provided for preview or order communication is not added to a marketing list unless you separately choose to subscribe to marketing.

If you choose Skip Preview, we do not use a separate preview approval step. We use your submitted personalization information to prepare and produce the order according to the details you provide.

How we handle customer photographs

Customer photographs submitted for personalization are used for the purpose of creating, fulfilling, and supporting the customer's order.

We do not sell customer photographs.

We do not publish customer photographs in advertising, on our website, or on social media without separate permission from the customer.

To prepare and fulfill personalized orders, customer photographs or other personalization data may be processed by service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including Shopify, product-personalization and file-upload providers, artwork and image-processing service providers, cloud and technology providers, and production and fulfillment partners.

These providers receive or process information only as reasonably necessary for the service they perform for us, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Depending on how you interact with our Services and where you live, we may collect or process the following categories of personal information:

This includes processing payments, preparing personalized products, generating requested previews, processing revisions, producing orders, arranging shipping, managing accounts, processing returns or replacements, and providing customer support.

Improve our Services

Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Shopify collects and processes certain information about your access to and use of our store in order to provide and improve its commerce services.

Working personalization files that Everfondly directly controls are generally retained for up to 90 days after the associated order is delivered so that we can assist with reasonable remake, replacement, or order-support needs.

You may contact us to request earlier deletion of personalization information that we directly control where applicable and where we are not required or reasonably entitled to retain it.

Retention of order and support records

Some records may be kept longer than working personalization files.

For example, we may retain:

• order and transaction records;
• preview and approval records;
• revision history;
• customer-support communications;
• refund or replacement records;
• shipping and delivery information;
• fraud-prevention records; and
• records reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Information held by Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, artwork or image-processing services, and other service providers may be retained according to their own legal obligations, security requirements, dispute-resolution needs, and retention practices.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
