Agreement
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products
We sell two categories of products. Non-custom items are ready-made and sold as-is. Custom or personalized items are produced individually for you after you order, and include any product carrying a name, date, message, uploaded photo, or chosen engraving. Different cancellation and return rules apply to each category; see our Return & Refund Policy.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order and refund you in full, for reasons including an item being unavailable, a pricing or description error, a photo we cannot legally or technically reproduce, or a suspected fraudulent transaction.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but a change will never affect an order already placed. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, and cannot be applied after an order is completed.
Personalization content and your photos
For personalized items you supply names, dates, text, and images. By submitting them you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or right of publicity. You grant us a limited licence to reproduce that content solely to produce, fulfil, and support your order. We do not use customer photos in advertising or on social media without your separate written permission.
We may decline personalization content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, threatening, or that infringes third-party rights, and will refund the order in full if we do.
Accuracy of what you submit
We produce exactly what appears on the preview. You are responsible for checking spelling, dates, and photo quality. See our Return & Refund Policy for how previews, revisions, and the 48-hour approval window work.
Product appearance
Screens vary, and materials such as wood and acrylic have natural variation in grain, colour, and finish. Minor differences between the product photos, your preview, and the item you receive are normal and are not defects.
Intellectual property
All site content, product designs, text, and images are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed occasions or events. Our products are decorative items and are not intended for any other use.
Third-party services
Payments, analytics, and shipping are handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
